Today’s layered die cut holiday card is the final day in my 12 days of card making series. It pairs traditional Christmas holiday colors with a set of layering die cuts to create two fabulous holiday cards that are unlike any other.

To start, I die cut each Prem Layer die from a different color of cardstock. Each die cuts an inner and outside circle. I utilized each separately to create 2 cards. Using liquid glue, I adhered the layers together. For the inner circle layers, I rotated the bottom layer a bit so I could see a bit more of the black cardstock.
Using the dies as a placement guide, I stamped and embossed the sentiment using Ranger Embossing Powder.
For a finishing touch, I added some paint splatter (to match the sentiment embossing) by mixing some Dylusions paint (I use these when art journaling) with water then flicking over the card panel.
With that, these layered die cut holiday cards are complete. I love the layered die cuts, and the paint splatter compliments them perfectly.
