Art Journaling
Join me as I explore art journaling! Anything and everything goes here – art techniques, color combinations, mixed media, emotional art, and more.
Lately, I’ve been spending more time on art journaling. For me, it’s one of the most effective ways to relieve stress, purge distresses, and release excess emotion. Sometimes I have a specific goal in mind with my pages, other times I just create and let the process itself guide me. Either way, I just feel better for it.
Being who I am, I want to help others learn the techniques and processes that I’ve learned and experienced. I’m always up for learning more myself, which also drives my creativity forward.
As I share more of myself and my art with the world, I hope to inspire others to try their hand as well. I am a example that perfection is not required, nor even the goal. The process of creating is what matters. With that said, I hope you join me and create along with me. I feel pride and joy with my art journaling, and for me, that is enough. Everything else is icing on the cake.
